Slava Tkachev is an accomplished CFO and Financial Controller with over 15 years of extensive experience across various industries, within both large corporations and small businesses. His career highlights include developing a full-cycle accounting department from scratch, establishing efficient financial functions, and creating internal reporting systems that significantly enhanced management’s capacity for informed, data-driven decision-making.

He is known for his exceptional ability to combine a thorough understanding of accounting principles with in-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis. This unique blend of skills allows him to provide strategic insights that drive growth and profitability for small and medium-sized enterpris- es. Slava’s expertise extends to financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, project management, and imple- menting process improvement initiatives.

Slava holds two esteemed accounting designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in the USA. These credentials, combined with his practical experience and advanced certifications as a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, underscore his credibility and trustworthiness in the field of accounting and financial management.
